In order to share what I've been up to, I've compiled some some tips that will help you have a healthier thyroid.
I'm also letting you know about a qigong class for aligning with the spring season. Spring transition qigong can really help you let out frustration and speak up. Not speaking up is directly related to stifling the area of the thyroid: the throat. You can keep your throat open and clear with qigong exercise for the spring.
